Your first month is pro-rated, the month you move out is not pro-rated and your security deposit is returned when you move out if there is no balance.

Lolo Mini Storage has 64 storage units with one acre of fenced space for 39 RV spaces of varying sizes. We also have a newly built covered pole barn for motor homes and large boats.
Each space is 12’x14’x34′. The complete property is fenced and the RV storage area is separated off and locked. Our location just off Highway 93 is conveniently located for many Bitterroot & Missoula Valley residents.
